Michael Fletcher

Michael served Manna Church as Senior Pastor from 1985 to 2021, guiding the church’s growth from 350 attendees to 8,000 in 2021. He now serves as the Multiply Pastor.  Coupling sound biblical teaching with practical application and cutting-edge outreach, Michael and the staff have worked to create a culture that equips God’s people to not only change their world but to plant churches with the same vision. To date, Michael and the Manna family have helped plant churches worldwide and are presently engaged in planting a version of Manna Church near every U.S. military base. He and his wife, Laura, have eight children and 26 grandchildren – and counting! —

Randy Thornton

Randy Thornton is the founder and Senior Pastor of Grace Church in Southern Pines, NC. He received his B.A. in Biblical Theology and Ministerial Theology in 1986. He was on the pastoral staff and served as an elder at Manna Church in Fayetteville, NC, before planting Grace Church in 1988. Since then, Grace Church has prospered, with over 2,500 people now calling it home and a second campus in Seven Lakes, NC. Grace Church has also planted churches in Columbia, SC; Leland, NC; and in the nation of Honduras. In addition, for the last several years Randy has worked with churches on how to break barriers hindering growth. He serves on the board of 95 Network.

Randy and his wife, Sarah, reside in Pinehurst; they have four adult children and two amazing grandchildren.

Kendrick Vinar

Kendrick Vinar has been the lead pastor at Grace Church of Chapel Hill, NC, since 2005. He received his B.A. from St. Olaf College in Math and Religion and his M.A. in Teaching from the University of St. Thomas. Originally from Stillwater, MN, Kendrick taught high school math and physics, as well as coached basketball for 5 years at Bethany Academy in Bloomington, MN. He also served as a staff pastor at City Hill Fellowship in Eden Prairie, MN, for 8 years.

The Vinar family enjoys country living on their hobby farm (raising chickens and riding horses). Kendrick loves training his English Springer Spaniel, Lexi, and also enjoys golf, running, working out, photography and hunting. His wife, Nana, is a UNC graduate from the School of Public Health. They have five children, ranging from 16 to 28years old.

Jimmy Currence

Jimmy has a bachelors and master’s degree in music education, as well as a bachelor’s of divinity from Grace College of Divinity. He began ministry on a church-planting team in Romania after college, where he met and married his translator, Ramona. Jimmy then spent the next 8 years as a youth and worship pastor. In 2006, he helped launch GraceLife Church in Columbia, South Carolina, and became the lead pastor in 2010. 

Jimmy and Ramona have been married since 1996 and have four children: Christian, Nate, Caden, and Sophie. They love skiing, white water rafting and hiking together as a family – and watching anything Avengers!

Jim Murphy

Jim Murphy serves as the chaplain endorser for mPACT Churches, recruiting, supporting, and coaching over fifty chaplains and candidates who advance God’s Kingdom throughout the armed services. A retired Army colonel, Jim served as an infantry officer and a chaplain. He spent most of his Army career in airborne and special operations units and completed ten combat deployments to the Middle East. He was senior pastor for six chapel congregations and supervised religious support for three of the Army’s five largest installations. He has a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy, a Master of Divinity from Regent
University, a Master of Strategic Studies from the Army War College, and a Doctor of Ministry
from Erskine Theological Seminary. Jim and his wife Sandy have been married for over 30 years and have three grown children.
